Where we combine Non-Personal Data or Usage Data with Personal Data, we treat the combined information as Personal Data under this policy.
You can browse our website without telling us who you are. Some activities require information from you.
If you register for an account or become a client, we collect information needed to deliver your services — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, and login credentials. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
You may choose to share additional details such as demographic information (for example, gender, birth date, or ZIP code) or your preferences and interests. This is optional. If you choose not to provide certain information, some features — such as account registration or a job application — may be unavailable to you.
If you apply for a position with us, we collect the information in your application and supporting materials. If you submit an application on someone else's behalf, it is your responsibility to inform that person how we collect, use, and share their Personal Data, and to confirm they have consented.
You may choose to share content such as an alias, biography, photos, or other material that is visible to other users of the Services. Anything you make public may be seen, copied, and used by others, so please share thoughtfully.

We work with third-party advertising networks and ad servers to deliver ads on our Services and to retarget you on other platforms. These partners collect Usage Data through cookies and pixel tags and provide us with reports on advertising performance — such as how many times an ad was shown and how many clicks it received. Those reports are structured so that they do not personally identify any individual.

Opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop you from seeing ads — it means the ads you see may be less relevant to you.
This section applies to business clients who use our CRM platform.
When you store contact records, leads, and conversation history in our platform, that information belongs to your business. We process it on your behalf in order to provide the platform and the services you have engaged us for. We do not use your customer contact data to market our own services to your customers.
You are responsible for the data you bring into the platform. That includes obtaining any consents required under applicable law — including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM — before importing contacts or sending them marketing messages, and honoring opt-out requests from your own customers.
You may request a complete export of your business data in standard CSV format at any time, at no charge. See our Terms of Service for how data export works on cancellation.
We keep Personal Data for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold — including encrypted connections, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You play a part too: keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Material changes. Where a change materially affects how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data, we will notify active clients by email at the address on your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and will post notice on this page during that period.
Where consent is required. If a change would involve using Personal Data we already hold in a way materially different from what you agreed to when it was collected, we will obtain your consent before applying that use, as required by applicable law.
Changes are not retroactive. A revised policy governs information collected on or after its effective date. Information collected before that date remains governed by the policy in effect at the time of collection.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your services under Section 6 of our Terms of Service and request deletion of your Personal Data under Section 11 above.
